Technically yes, a capture from the k2000 could be taken of your server, however since the image being captured is not a sysprepped image, your ability to get support if you were to redeploy that image would be limited. 

KBOX isn't designed for that fucntion but has andrew indicated you could capture the image but it really isn't a snapshot and restore wouldn't be fun.

If you are concerned about patching or needing your servers on a High Availabilty purpose and you have enough to manager to justify the cost, Quorumlabs onQ box maybe a great fit. It offers HA and the ability to test patches on a virtual instance of your server. Also in the event one goes down, you can spin up the VM and maintain your business while fixing the damaged system.
