Business Objects 4.1.5 - Cannot access network layer

Hi Folks,
Currently packaging BO 4.1.5 for XP sp1 and get the error - Cannot access network layer - after adding username/password for administrator.
Have run regmon and filemon but to no avail.
As a pre-req i have Redbrick ODBC Client32 5.1.2180.2600 which sets some system dsn's.

Any ideas on the error would be much appreciated>
.
Regards
Rob

Does this address your issue?

If not, I found a ton of replies via Google, maybe another one out there helps. How are you installing (a transform I suspect) ?

Edit: BTW, if you can't find a solution, I think I still have access to the BO Knowledge Base, I could try and find it for you. Not sure if it was a public KB or not.

Thanks for your reply but i had googled it and found all those posts.
Currently giving write access to all reg and dirs that BO 5.x needed as i have packaged that in the past.
Honestly dont know why client needs BO 4.x, 5.x, and 6.x but what can you do?
Cheers!!
