Autodesk is very good about providing tools and instructions for mass distribution of their software. usa.autodesk.com has a knowledge base containing instructions for enterprise deployment for all of their different applications.

You don't 'have' to repackage it.

The Autocad installer executable launches and installs MSI files in the background.

You should never attempt to repackage a vendor MSI, it will break things and you won't be able to get support for your installation.

There are plenty of posts on this site and on the Autocad website on how to package/distribute Autocad products.
