Realistically, Lillian, I think the question is best posed to the vendor.

Having said that, have you tried monitoring the login process with a process monitor? My *guess* would be that, if it's going to be anywhere, it would be somewhere in the tree branching from '[USERPROFILE]Application Data' or '[USERPROFILE]Local Settings\Application Data'

If the application would use something like a flexlm license server then it would be logged on the server too.

We do have server for 5 users license, so when I click on LMTools only show current users who is login in, did not show the history for individual users who is login to server, which file keep all the login and logout information?

Thanks.

There should be a file logging when the license was "locked" and "released" by the user.

How many places can there be to look? :) Given that it's server-based, it's unlikely to be in a user folder so I guess the license app's "root" folder would be a good place to start.

Well, I'm gonna have a stab in the dark here....does this link help?http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?siteID=123112&id=10252702&linkID=9240617: Check the 'Config Services' tab in LMTOOLS for the path pointing to your log file......(bear in mind that I could be talking complete jibberish here, so I apologise in advance if I am [;)])
