Auto assign tickets
Good afternoon and hoping this finds you well.
ive been searching for an option within KACE to assign the incoming ticket to each of the members of a specific queue with no success.
the task is that whenever we receive a ticket on queue XXX to assign it to an agent, and if a second ticket comes in then assign it to the next agent and so forth.
we have some automatic rules based on words on the subject, but this wont help for this particular task.
Can this be done?
we are running KACE 1000 8.1

It sounds like you are trying to setup a round-robin ticket assignment. Others have attempted to setup that in the past with varying success. Here is one post marked as answered:
