what attribute we will give for the minor upgrade and what attribute we will give for the major upgrades.

| 1 | Migrates feature states by enabling the logic in the MigrateFeatureStates action. |
| 2 | Detects products and applications but does not remove. |
| 4 | Continues installation upon failure to remove a product or application. |
| 256 | Detects the range of versions including the value in VersionMin. |
| 512 | Detects the range of versions including the value in VersionMax. |
| 1024 | Detects all languages, excluding the languages listed in the Language column. |
