I have created the config.xml and pointed to a shared drive. I am looking for specific's on how to import my setup (click to run office setup) into the KACE SDA. I want this to be a post installation task. I am aware that this can be installed before sysprep.

There is no real difference between a Managed Installation (on the SMA) and a Post Install Task (on the SDA). Well, yes, there is one, but from the end user view there is none. The UI to set it up is different.
You can import the MI from the SMA or setup the installation like it is described for a Managed Installation.
