Application from Library not appearing as available software to install onto device.
I have an application that I synced from my apple school manager account, that is showing up in the Apps library. When I try to install the application onto a device the app is not appearing as an available software. Does anyone know why the application would not be appearing in the list of available applications? I have synced my Apple VPP and ensured the application is in the list of available applications in the library before trying to install it onto an iOS device.

If the app isn't for the specific device - say it's for a phone, but you're trying to install on a tablet - I've seen that cause this issue.
