App that will display the difference between install and uninstall
Looking for an application that will output the difference between the installation of a program and the uninstall of said program.
I need to know what registry keys and files that the uninstall script left behind. So far I have tried Regshot and "VeriTest-Ratioanal Install Analyzer 2.1". both apps provide the appropriate information but not in a manner that is very useful. Both of these output all changes in either a Text or HTML file that require comparison between the Post install and post Uninstall snapshots. The application in question is making over 10000 changes and trying to compare the files is proving quit difficult.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Why not try InCtrl v4 or 5. Capture before the install and then after the uninstall
