Anyway to restrict owners to have access, close and modify only their own tickets
Want owners to be able to "change ownership" or "close" only the tickets they own?
Is this a possibility in kace?
There is no out of the box way to control this, as a ticket owner has rights to every ticket in their assigned queue.
You could control it from a ticket rule, using the Ticket_change table, monitor every entry and when one is made to set the status to Resolved or Closed, check to make sure the analyst completing the change is the same as the ticket owner for that ticket.
If it is not, set the status back and email the ticket owner with an alert that someone tried to close their ticket.
