Altiris NS deployment fail to start

I am getting this "failed to start" when I use Altiris notification server to deploy a package. It exit code is 2147942405. It has downloaded the package alright.
What is going on?

Try setting the task to run as logged on user as a test-- some application setups require a user profile to succeed and local system, or your service account may not have one. If you are running a command line installation, this could be the problem. It should not be, but I've seen this same thing.
