agents are not connecting on port 443

reviewed the konea log, and found agents are failing to connect on port 443. 

from a telnet test, the machine is able to connect on port 443. am I missing something?

first of all: 
Which version of server and agent do you use?
what error messages occur?
Logs? (C:\ProgramData\Quest\KACE\user\KAgent.log as first step also C:\ProgramData\Quest\KACE\amp.conf may be interesting)

Please be aware that current systems (since some years) open a tunnel on the local system to the server.
