Adobe Flash AutoUpdate

I have some users who are getting prompted to update flash. I am pushing mms.cfg via GPO with the following settings:
AutoUpdateDisable=1
SilentAutoUpdateEnable=0
However some of them still have Allow Adobe to install updates checked.

What else am i missing? Thank you.

Is mms.cfg in unicode format?
Have you checked the file is present on the machines affected?
Bear in mind that the destination folder is different for 32 bit and 64 bit machines as its a 32 bit applet.

There is a 'new' method of disabling updates, that actually creates the mms.cfg for you.
See these deployment tips, the entry created by 'bdbach' shows how you can modfy the CA that installs Flash to disable updates.
