Hi Karan:
I think you are talking about on-demand installation. Well I just posted the same thing :
1. type in msiexec.exe /a abc.msi transforms=abc.mst
2. extract the msi on a dfs point
3. advertise the installation/MSI using SMS or any other deployment tool.
this would do the needful with transforms applied to it.
