Software Deployment

Okay, I know this is an application very specific to a certain industry, however, has anyone repackaged this into a working windows installer?

I've determined that it was created using InstallShield Script 5.5, however, whenever I repackage it, it always fails to register the 6 .exe files included with the application as well as a couple of .dll's.

Any assistance would be most excellent.

I am using the following tools:
-AdminStudio Professional 7.0
-VMWare Workstation 4.52
