Which KB do you mean?
The Quest-KB: On every KB article you find a link on the bottom: 
"Request or Create a KB Article"
This opens a wizard for suggesting a KB.
The team which is creating and updating the KB articles will be informed.

You can also post here a suggestion.

  • I found "created", "modificated" and "rate it" on the bottom. The request can be enable or disable?

You mean within your KACE instance? If so, I would suggest using the ticketing system in KACE to track the requests. You could set it up so an email to a certain address creates a ticket and direct users to email that address with KB requests.
