This will do a complete install, install for all users and enter the serial number.


You will also need Factory Talk to activate the software if you are using a network license.  I used the snapshot method to capture the settings of the Factory Talk installation.


Setup.exe /qb INSTALLLEVEL=300 PIDKEY=xxxxxxxxxx ALLUSERS=1

This is an installshield setup wrapper that calls the main MSI.  Weird thing is you don't need to put the /v switch to send MSI switches to the installation you can use MSI switches without supplying the /v.  Took me a while to figure that out because I have never seen that before.
