Under 'Other Products' on the first screen select 'Custom Installer' and then select the options you require.

The Custom Installer will create a complete installation source under c:\program files\ptc_custom, ie no need to change CDs. This is the same as the old -makecd switch.

Running <install location>\setup -uilog will output an answer file ps_trl.txt.1

Rename this file to whatever.txt

Run:
<install location>\setup.exe -nographics -uitrail whatever.txt

to perform your custom unattended install.

In the custom installer source directory, the file uninstall\i486_nt\obj\psuninst.exe
can be used to generated automatic uninstall

Creating answer file:
uninstall\i486_nt\obj\psuninst.exe -uitrail (outputs answer file)

Running answer file:
psuninst -nographics -uitrail <answerfile)
