Contrary to its name, this is a mailing address database program. You get updates every month on CD (No auto-updates)
I repackaged it into MSI so that it could be managed since there is no uninstall in Add/Remove Programs!

The real gotcha is if the user does the monthly updates they need "FULL Control" permissions on the C:\StreetSweeper folder and the the %win%\ss.ini file. Giving the users "Change" permissions is not enough to run the monthly updates. (In ProcMon the issue shows up as BAD IMPERSONATION on a registry key but that's a "red herring"!)

One last thing: Each monthly update is a complete replacement of the databases and program.
