I would like to know if i configure and deploy SCCM in my work environment a good idea or i can just deploy KACE instead are they doing the same thing?

  • Kace, as its cheaper and appliance(VM/Physical) based. Management/Maintenance is easy I think. For IT professionals, it gives more freedom to do things. Best for DELL fleet.
    Access to Technical support is also easy. Works not only with Microsoft but also other software/vendor too.
    We are using for last 5-6 years.

That depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Both products will allow you to deploy, maintain, and monitor applications across a wide range of computers, but they do it in vastly different ways. 

What are you trying to accomplish exactly? That could help point you in the right direction.
