sccm and scsm
hello everyone any one can help me i have SCCM system center configuration manager and service manager i need to make a system help me in asset management help me in add new devices and new users and can tell me number of machine by model do you know any microsoft app that can integrate to sccm or scsm and easily handle those mentioned things that can help desk uses ????

From a Quest perspective I can tell you that we sold our KACE Asset Management Appliance to numerous SCCM customers and connected both Systems via API if needed or we directly connected our AMA to your Helpdesk solution. We also offer an all in one solution with KACE Systems Management Appliance where you can manage your endpoints, have third party patching but also Asset Management and Service Desk available in one appliance.
