We are using the KACE Service Desk with a kbox K1100 K1000 Systems Management Appliance v5.5.90545

Users frequently send us screenshots as a part of their emails to the help desk.

New issue just started where if a user sends from Outlook Web client a screenshot with a word document or a jpg, attachment, then it is coming thru as just a winmail.dat and not as a convertred screen print image.

If we send thru the full outlook client it works.

I believe OWA used to work - not sure what changed.
