Where can I find good instructions to set up Help Desk?
I am looking for instructions on how to set up Help Desk. The Admin guide isn't super helpful and doesn't put anything in to context.
There are no guides as such, those of us that have spent years building our knowledge and honing our skills have all had to learn the hard way.
There are so many different ways in which to configure queues to setup certain functionality
We offer training for customers who want to learn a bit more but to be honest the best way is to engage a consultant to help you build what you need, that way you get the benefit of our experience, an increased speed of implementation, but also handover and documentation to enable you to learn and take over support of your own systems.
