Wake-On-LAN Not Working For Certain 1803 Devices

We have a few devices on our network where Wake-on-Lan is not working. Fast startup does not seem to be affecting whether Wake-on-Lan is working for these devices since I have tested it with the setting on and off. I have also checked the BIOS on the devices that are having the issue and Wake-on-lan/remote boot is enabled. I am not seeing anything that would be causing this issue. Is this a problem caused by 1803? If not is there another setting I need to check? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Could be a switch, Bios may need to be flashed, to make sure  the OS is not involved pull the plug and wait 10-20 seconds and plug back in.  Try WOL then prior to loading the OS
