Unable to deploy software via Kace Cloud

New trial, was able to deploy software to macos without issue.  But on my windows 11 system, I was able to deploy an MSI via MDM, but I was not able to deploy an exe via the Kace Cloud Agent.  The log appears to have 500 errors.

Any advice on how to resolve.
