Hello - tickets created from the Portal for one of our ServiceDesks does not send email notifciation.  However, we do receive email notification for the same ServiceDesk if we create it from email.  It should also be noted, ticket creation works both from Portal and email for our other servicedesks.  Not sure what I'm missing?  Any ideas?

Submitter who created a ticket from portal will not receive an email as the ticket was submitted directly in portal.

  • It's not the submitter we are worried about. It is not emailing the ticket owner. Any ideas?
    • how is the owner being set?
      • Where do I determine this? From what I see, a series of SQL commands run.
