Sorting logic not correct for numbers

Picture attached, but basically sorting something like "Upgradable" under Dell Updates catalogue only sorts by the first number, not the whole number. So an update that needs 20 devices sits between updates that need 1 or 2 devices. The largest # of devices is 9 instead of 50. Makes sense in the picture, looking at the upgradable column. Is this a good place for submitting bugs similar to this? Would rather this didn't get caught up in the 90+ pages of feature requests.

I would say this is not so much a bug, more an "undocumented feature" of KACE that has always been there and most of us know about and put up with it. The chances are that the column in question is actually formatted as a text column within the database, so as such is sorting alphabetically rather than numerically.

The forum to raise suggestions for change, such as this would be KACE.uservoice.com
