KACE Product Support Question
Retain link to asset when ticket is Archived
We have noticed a peculiar issue with KACE (v.9) and in particular Archived tickets with links to Assets. When viewing the archived ticket the asset information is no longer associated with the archived ticket.
We have set tickets to be archived after 3 months as we raise a significant amount of tickets over approx. 37 queues (and will increase due to the recent upgrade to v.10) on a daily basis.
Is there a way to retain the asset link in archived tickets in both v.9 and v.10?
