Process Templates

I'm looking to create a report that will show the names of all the process templates we use.  Within the report, I'd like to see both the parent ticket and child tickets associated with that template, as well as the assigned owner of those tickets.  I'm not able to identify where in the kace database that info is stored so I can query the appropriate tables.  Anybody know what particular tables I need to be looking at or a report I could use?
