Do we have any global standards for packaging ? if so please let me know.
I think the packaging standard may vary according to clients requirments, is it correct ?

There are no global standard that will match a corporate ones, however there exist a lot of guidelines that will help you creating one for the company standard [;)]

And the beauty of standards, as we all know, is that there're so many of them to pick from. He-he.
