Package of Open VPN

Hi All.

I am trying to package openvpn-2.1.3-intall.exe for windows 2003 server.
i am using switches /S for silent installation. but i am getting a popup window saying that "This software is installing for this hardware TAPWin32-AdapterV9 has not pass windows logo"

can anybody please tell me how to pass this test??
