In our current ticketing system each technician can run two separate reports that shows all their open tickets and all their closed tickets.

I have two separate reports right now that shows each techs open or closed tickets but this shows all of my techs tickets. I need the ability for the techs to be able to run two separate reports: One that shows all their open tickets the other to show all their closed tickets.

This report will be printed daily when they come into work in the morning and then before they go home. This will also give me a way to print off each techs open or closed tickets when I meet with them individually.

I am not sure how to write this so I don't have to create a special report for each technician.

Right now this would be difficult to do if you only want the report to show ONE tech.

Every time the report is run you would need to modify the SQL to the correct technician.

I would approach this two ways:

1 - Create a report that list all techs and have it break on tech name

2 - Use a more sophisticated reporting tool to integrate with the KBOX where you can have this flexibility.
