One time rule to change parent template of a process ticket possible?
2 years ago I messed up and used the wrong parent template in a process ticket workflow. It seems so simple yet kace doesnt allow us to change the template of the parent. Assuming no ramifications is it possible I could change the parent template so moving forward a different one is used when creating tickets. I looked through the schema but it isnt jumping out at me. I gotta think it is one field somewhere to change the template ID.
I think you will have to start again from scratch and build the parent and associated tickets. if using the wizard does not give you the option, I would assume it is not there. It's a pain I know, but I am guessing that during the original building of this functionality, having the ability to change the parent may have introduced additional complications.
