We have a secondary queue and I just noticed that a new employee who is a technician for that queue is having issues seeing all his assigned tickets on the KACE Go app. 
He can only see the tickets he's created for himself.  He has about 30 tickets in his queue, most of which have been created by other users, but the ones he's created for himself are the only ones he can see in the app.
Thoughts?

  • If he goes to the Web Version, is he able to see all the tickets?

    Maybe have him remove the app, re-download it, and try again.
  • yeah, all tickets are visible in web version.
    This is a brand new app install
