Moving license

Hi,

I recently create a new Kace SMA server with the latest release but when I enter the licence key, it returns an error that warns me I reached the maximum number of server. How can I delete the license in the old server ?

You will need to contact KACE support and provide the Mac address of the production SMA so that the other entries can be deleted from the KACE data warehouse.

Once this is done, you will be able to apply your existing license key if it is a valid key.

You will probably need to get in touch with support to see if you need a new license file, you are entitled to 3 instances (live,test and DR) so if you have used more than that, that would be the issue

Thank you very much, I finally contact Quest support and they helped me with the license.
