Managed Installation with expired support
We recently allowed our support contract to expire at the end of the year. We were told that all features would continue working. A managed installation that worked in early December no longer works. Does anyone know if this feature stops working when support ends?
The Managed Install should continue to work. Check your Agent logs for errors.
Patch download, Dell Updates downloads Software Catalog download, OVAL Updates download, SMA and Agent updates require a valid Support contract.
