KACE SMA Moved ticket notification

I just want to make sure Im not missing something. KACE SMA has no built-in ability to notify all owners in a queue when a ticket is MOVED into that queue.  Do I have that right? I have a rule that does this but Id still like to know if Im right.

I’d say, specifically you are correct, if you have “all changes” ticked as an option then a ticket changing queues should trigger an email, but there is no specific option for what you need.

  • Thanks for that. I had someone question my sanity on this and wanted to be sure. Good point on "all changes".. I cant imagine this option has ever been used by anyone.. but regardless, it is not an option for us.
