KACE Reporting KPI's
Hello. Where can I find a TTR (Time To Resolve) by specified period? Or does a SQL one exist that I can duplicate and easily change without being a SQL expert :). Thanks.

You will need to be more of an SQL expert I’m afraid as KACE does not cater for any KPI’s like TTR.
