I tried to find an option or a way to disable editing on a ticket in KACE K1000 when the status is changed to Closed. Any help will be appreciated!

I don't believe this is possible. The best you could do is use a ticket rule to alert you that a ticket which is closed was edited.

  • I figured this would be the answer. I did open a ticket with KACE Support to see if this was possible too. I mean we can still edit the ticket as long as the status change to Open. Thank you for the reply!
