Is Symantec Virtualization Workspace tool robust to serve complex packaging requests?
We are currently packaging on this tool + target build is Japanese.
We are facing n number of errors, random behaviours, no support from symantec support site. Different errors at client and and different errors at our end. Even if we edit our package once, still it breaks its functionality. If we import registry setting for suppressing any pop-up, then completely irreleavant shortcut crashes...
Currently we are packaging Adobe CS4,5,6 and Microsoft office products, and our target builds are xp, win732, win764.
In addition to this client facing troubles in integration testing, which we are not able to replicate at our end.
We are completely lost now what approach to take.
Is this tool is robust like App-v or MSI? need suggestions please.

I don't believe there's much use of this product in the States. The first time I heard of it was when I was using ChangeBASE two years ago and it was able to test apps to see if it would work on it. I'm guessing it might have a bigger use in Europe.
