How can i disable the updated pop notification thet come out after the installation?

Use your favourite lightweight snapshot tool (InControl, Picture Taker, InstallRite et al) to capture what is modified when you clear the update notification. Assuming that you can turn off the update prompt in the application config.
This will capture what registry key or config file contains that setting - then incorporate that into your package.
