I have been experiencing lots of spam help desk tickets opened  outside my company email address.
I have unchecked the box for "Accept email from unknown users" still i receive spam emails.
Please Suggest.

  • Depending on what type of mail engine you use, it is possible to specify that the Kace email account allow only emails from within your company. Exchange and Office 365 have this feature.
  • How many queues do you have?

Do the "SPAMers" exist as users? (means: you got the emails before and a user has be setup with this email?)

  • no the spamers aren't or weren't the users, Nor they belong to the company email.
