Encrypting non-system volumes with Bitlocker
Hi Guys,
I am currently deploying Bitlocker for a customer and basing the strategy on this amazing blog post by Timo: https://www.itninja.com/blog/view/kace-sma-bitlocker
Now unfortunately, it only covers the encryption of the system drive so I was wondering if any of you have done the same thing but encrypting all of the volumes on the machine and whether it worked OK. If so, here are some questions:
- What did the encryption script looked like? Was it one script per drive or the same for all drives?
- Was the encryption enabled at the same time on both drives?
- Were you able to save the recovery information on the device inventory successfully?
- How was the recovery information displayed on the inventory? By drive?
