Email on Events - Owner Change
I would like to modify the email that is automatically sent by kace when the owner of a call is changed, but the template is not present in the "Customize Emails" page. Do you know if it is possible to do it?

i think you may find that it is a generic template that is used for any change in a ticket, which under customize emails is the Ticket modified template. I'm sure a few versions back there was a variable something like $ticket_change which would then list what had changed in the ticket.
