Email {name of process} in subject no longer triggering ticket queue processes properly

Does anyone else have an issue where sending e-mail into the ticket queue along with the ticket process name in the subject within {} stopped working after updating to 13.0 and or 13.1??

A ticket gets created, but seems the child tickets are lost in linbo...

Also if I create a "New ticket as a process" within the queue all tickets are created etc..

Just if the Email is sent in with the {name of process} in the subject, the {name of process} stays in the subject and seems the process is not created properly..

any thoughts?? 


Support is working to find a solution, they say that they also see the same issue in their lab...

you also can not attach certain file types when submitting through Email (not even scheduled reports) so .html or .txt files are stripped out of the submission if done through e-mail
