Driver Feed Stuck
Hi, it seems my driver feed on SDA has gotten stuck. It's been showing 'Checking for Updates' for over 2 weeks now.
I've restarted the SDA a couple of times with no effect. Does anyone know what's causing this?
Its possible that the appliance is not able to get to the URL location to check for updated items, if still having an issue I might suggest to open a case with support. The main URL's which the appliance needs to reach are service.kace.com and servicecdn.kace.com, make sure those are on your firewall's whitelist.
