Hello,

I have in the userinterface no device details at "My Computer".

"Device details were not found for IP Address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX. Please try again later."

Hope someone can help and has a solution for that. Thanks!

  • I've had the same issue, but specifically when my device is hardwired into the network. When it's on wifi, I get the correct data. This is what Dell said back in March, 2016:

This is due to the way the current page pulls the IP address from the requesting page.

This is normally because of a NAT affecting the IP address that is pulled by the browser.

This can, in some environments, lead to this page not displaying any information.

  • Thanks for your response barntv!
At the moment, I haven't much time to look for this problem. Since Dell become 'Quest', the support is embarrassing...

That usually indicates that the computer you are logged into the user interface from isn't in the K1000 inventory.

  • Thanks for your response chuck!
Yeah, that was my first thought too - but in the Kace the PC is displayed in the inventorylist.
    • Do the IP addresses match?
      • Yes the IP match..
At the startpage from the userinterface (after logged in) - is the OS displayed on the right side (on the top of the site) - here its windows NT instead of windows 10 ? I'm a little bit confused...
      • Try a different browser?
      • I had already tried - still the same problem.. Maybe a case for the kacesupport?
