Batch Script: remove the Old and Install New Kace Agent

I am using the following KB article, https://support.quest.com/kace-systems-management-appliance/kb/244714/batched-script-remove-the-old-and-install-new-quest-kace-agent and I am very confused. I have the remove batch script, provision batch script, the msi package, and the txt document to batch file in a folder on our network.

On step 3 under Add the startup script settings to the GPO, you are supposed to copy the file(s) to this location...what location is that?

The next step is to add the scripts.  Which files are supposed to go in there and in what order?

Has anyone used this before and if so, can you please shed some light on this.  I have done a lot of policies before but I have never used the scripting portion of it.

Thanks!

I also don't know exactly what is meant by that step. We have implemented GPO provisioning in our environment, though I was not the one to create it. The person who did used the dedicated "GPO Provisioning Tool" which has a KB page here.
