AppVShNotify.exe is running for more than 30 secs during log in time

We have Xendesktop 7.6 and PVS 7.6 to provision VDI where AppV 5.0 is being used to provision Business applications. Found that AppVShNotify.exe is running for 30+ secs during log in time and the logon time becomes more than 60 secs most of the time. We are using Citrix UPM profile and the App-V application files will be saved in user's profile (%Appdata%). Once user logsoff from the VDI, user's profile will be deleted. However, the shortcuts are being redirected to user's profile in UPM server while logoff.

Publishing servers and the VDI servers are in the same DataCenter. No latency from the network as well.

Need your help or suggestion in optimizing 30+ secs time taken by AppVShNotify.exe.
