SDA Post Install Task - Run Windows Update

Due to the frequency of Windows patches being released, often it is not feasible to rebuild images every week or two to ensure the images are patched with the latest Windows patches.  This Post-Install task when added to an image deployment will run Windows update and get the latest patches from Microsoft. The post install task contains a vbscript that will initiate the connection to Microsoft Update.  You will be prompted to answer Yes to install the patches.


Unzip the file and copy both files into the SDA restore directory.  In the SDA, go to Settings --> Package Management --> Import Packages and import the package to your SDA. Drag the post install task into a deployment and test the deployment.
